Didn’t turn up!!!!! Called restaurant no answer! When I went on the actual restaurants website it said closed!!! Fuming! Finally got refund off just eat and all I got for waiting over2 and half hours was £5 compensation! Absolutely terrible service! Don’t order from this restaurant!

Not the best takeaway I have had. Singapore chowmein was bland , salt and chilli chicken was very chewy. Curry sauce was ok. Didn’t have to wait long to pick it up ,the food was hot and there was plenty of it .

The food was not to my usual satisfaction. I ordered special fried rice (image attached) I was confused as to why it was white rice with large pieces of egg, chicken and pork on top with sauce - it seemed as though it was not thoroughly cooked so I could not eat it.
Maybe this is the standard in the Midlands as I am from London so put it down to 'cultural' differences but even the taste itself was quite sickening. The delivery was ok - I did not have to wait too long but I would rather have drank water and gone to bed instead of enduring this "food". PLEASE if you are thinking of ordering - DONT. The other chinese restaurants do not do delivery but save yourself money and just order pizza.. cant go wrong with bread and toppings lol. & GOOD LUCK if you do decide to order.

Absolutely disgusting food. It tasted as though it had been reheated from the night before. The chicken was so bad my cat turned her nose up at it. I was throwing up most of the night and still feel ill now. Do not order from here.

Worst take away ever. There food is stale and over priced. There also very dishonest. Kept me waiting nearly two hours every time you would ring they would say “it was out for delivery” . When it clearly wasn’t.

Absolutely awful. Waited almost 2 hours for delivery and the food was the worst we've ever had. The duck and ribs were both just pure fat and there was no meat on the chicken wings. Nothing even tasted right. Awful. Never used before and never will again. 0 stars :(

Wouldn't let me put zero stars. Delivery was over half an hour late. Driver and I checked the order, missing the rice, kind of important from a Chinese really. They've taken the phone off the hook, the driver hasn't returned with the rice so now I'm sat here fuming and starving on my wife's birthday. Thanks a lot for ruining what was the closest thing to excitement in the last 12 months! 2.1 stars is obviously faked reviews!

Ordered food.. awful quality..called them direct told call us back..no call so tried to call back on same direct number...when tried to return a call my number was blocked! Can't get refund..avoid..rip off place!!wish I could give a negative rating

i wish i could give this place a 0 star rating! Absolutely shocking! i thought i would give this restaurant another try but i wish i didn't. the food was over 30 minutes late and when i tried to contact the restaurant 12 times they hung up on me after 2 seconds of answering my calls. i then tried contacting JUSTEAT as thats where i ordered my food from to be told it had already been delivered i looked outside to find out it hadn't i then told the so called person from JUSTEAT that it hadn't been delivered they then told me i would have to wait 48 hours for this to be checked and resolved by their investigating team. worst food and service ever...the food was cold and the chips weren't cooked properly. if i could save just one person from this place then i think my job is done. they need to be SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY! even after all these bad reviews they have been given they dont seem to care and still serve food that is abysmal! i feel bad for all those people who thought that this food/restaurant is actually good!

Not great...chips are budget quality and always dry and end up in bin...mushroom fried rice was literally boiled mushroom halves in a boiled tasteless rice...chicken foo yung was like an amateurs scrambled egg...chicken is never cut small enough in the curries or rice dishes...overpriced food not cooked with passion imo...

Delivery driver and his service lovely. Very considerate. Food... Black bean sauce wasn't black bean sauce but was tasty. Crispy chilli beef wasnt crispy and had a weird lime based fruity style Bbq sauce which wasn't good. Chow me in was bland. Pork plentiful but sorry did not enjoy. and won't

Ordered thru Just Eat last month took 1hr 50 mins to arrive with food missing, called them on the night and they said on next order to write in notes food owed and would adjust price, did that this eve and order declined!! Called them and said they are too busy to deliver...... feeling ripped and fobbed off

Food was lovely delivery was 30 mins earlier than expected, free bottle of tango and prawn crackers, only little down side is the chips were over down and the end bits of the chips

Just rude got told to shut up when phone and ask where the food was as was due at 6.20 at 7 still nothing so phone and for told they been rounds 5 times and no one come to the door and then got told that they phone and email us with that NEVER happened they just a joke if that's how they wanna treat people then crack on as wont be getting anything from there EVER AGAIN! Just so rude I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO GET ANYTHING FROM HERE time before we got food from here some of it was a bit cold and got told time next time we Order we get a small discount witch I felt was fair. But this is how we got treated.. wish there was an opportunity to choose less stars then 1 !!!!!!!!!

Honestly wish I could give no stars. The food arrived 20 mins late, was cold. My delivery driver smelt disgusting. He walked up to my front door and I could smell him from 3 feet away. I threw up the food within 10 mins of eating it. 10/10 would not recommend. The chicken was VILE. The chips were undercooked and rock hard. The curry sauce was like jelly. Overall I’m very disappointed. I was looking forward to this treat but subsequently have been left hungry, ill and £24 less.

1st time and the last time absolutely disgusting and I’m genuinely not a fussy eater but what I ate was nothing short of a disgrace I went for the Singapore chowmaine bland as anything no shrimp or pork just chicken where were the bean sprouts!! The sweet and sour sauce was like jelly the beef with mushrooms were salty and tasted like cleaning solution!! Never again will I use golden spoon. £25.80 down the drain shocking takeaway anyone that rates this dirty place want there heads looking at

Ordered on the 23/09/17.
The crispy duck wasn’t even crispy just fatty and diced, sweet and sour sauce didn’t taste right compared to other Chinese’s in the area. The best part was the chips.

Had king prawns and they were hard and chewy more like standered prawns not king and they tasted like they had been cooked from frozen quick it was not pleasent to tasted at all and all the vedge was water chestnuts not mixed sauce was bland worst chinise of prawns in Mixed vedge ive ever had first time buying will not be going again.

If I could give them no stars I would be happier! Granted it was a Saturday night I ordered but it said expect delivery 45 mins after placed. They rang to confirm my address so I knew they had received and confirmed my request to not ring the doorbell due to a sleeping baby! Some 90+ minutes later after countless failed calls to their number due to it being engaged and then classed as closed according to their website they arrived, rang the doorbell, woke my daughter and then sat outside my house revving their engine! The food left much to be desired also with it swimming in grease, the lettuce was wilted and all had an overwhelming perfume taste. Needless to say I will never order from then again!
